Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of Elevate Arizona Employee Benefits Trust (“EAEBT”) and to the general public, that the Board of Directors (“Board”) for EAEBT will hold a meeting of the Board open to the public, pursuant to the following agenda. Members of the Board and the general public may attend in-person, by telephone, video, or internet conferencing.
The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Elevate Arizona Employee Benefits Trust (“EAEBT”) may, by motion, recess into Executive Session for discussion and consultation with attorney(s) for the Board to receive legal advice on any item contained in this Agenda pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (3) or for discussion or consideration of records exempt by law from public inspection in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (2) on any item contained in this Agenda.
